multiAVCHD 3.0 and ImgBurn 2.5 basic DEMO using m2ts files from the Canon Vixia HF100. First transfer m2ts files from HF100 to PC using Pixela ImageMixer3 software that came with the camcorder. Using multiAVCHD, add 2 m2ts files. You are able to create chapters for the titles, but in this demo I did not. Go to the Author tab and in the menu style and options section, select to create top menu with thumbnails. On the lower right, click start. That pops up the select destination media and playback device type window. Don't use a blank disc yet. Click AVCHD compatible players (Output can be burned to DVD R/RW or BD-R/RE discs for playback in AVCHD-ready players). This will create the AVCHD folder located in the multiAVCHD folder. multiAVCHD will not re-encode your m2ts files. Insert a blank dvd-r disc. Launch ImgBurn and select write files/folders to disc. Drag the AVCHD folder to the ImgBurn source window. Go to the Options tab, select UDF 2.5. Leave the others settings at their defaults. Go to the Labels tab to change the disc label. On the Device tab, verify burner, and burn speed. On the Information tab click the calculator icon to make sure the folders will fit on blank disc. Then click on the Folder to Disc icon to start the burning process. Now you have a disc that can be played on an AVCHD compatible device(most blu-ray players).
